Calling all puzzle lovers. Look no further for the perfect puzzles to take you away from your screens and technology to an experience of art interaction. Piece by piece, your mind will feel the shift from tech to the high touch of hands-on satisfaction and enjoyment.
If you love Henri Matisse and missed "The Red Studio" (1911) display at MOMA last year, this puzzle is in your future. Studio Henri is reimagined here by the creative Kate Lewis ... you will love recreating this artist's sacred space in this brilliant puzzle!
Kate Lewis works primarily in watercolor, gouache, and acrylic on paper and heavily gessoed canvas. Lewis's paintings invite the viewer to imaginatively enter into spaces, to wander through them, and find their spark of creative connection. Kate taught and wrote curricula about masterpieces at The Art Institute of Chicago for many years before making a move to set up a studio practice at home while raising her children. After over two decades in Chicago, she recently moved to Franklin, Tennessee, with her husband and four children. Her first illustrated book is Artists In Residence: Seventeen Artists and Their Living Spaces, from Giverny to Casa Azul, written by Melissa Wyse with Chronicle Books.
