Ordering
Ordering online is simple... Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Browse our selection and choose the items that you would like to purchase.
- Add items to your shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart" on the item's product page or from the "Quick Shop" link… Continue shopping for more amazing things.
- Review your shopping cart and make any necessary edits... or Proceed directly to Check Out by clicking the cart icon in the upper right corner of your screen. Follow the instructions until your order has been confirmed.
You will know that your order is complete when you receive an Order Confirmation page with an order number. We will also follow up with an email for both your order confirmation and shipping information.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
Orders are processed daily on a first come, first serve basis and fulfilled through our retail location. We make every effort to keep our website inventory updated, but occasionally we do sell out of certain items. If this occurs, we will either try to special order it for you or cancel your order and we will notify you asap.
CANCELING AN ORDER
After you have clicked "Place Order", your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes. All orders usually process quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order prior to shipment, please contact us asap. Once the shipping process has begun, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
PAYMENTS
We accept the following forms of payments:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay
All orders are processed pending credit card verification.
SALES TAX
We are required by law to collect sales tax for all orders with a shipping address within the state of Ohio (8%) and other states that require us to do so. If you need to pay sales tax, it will be calculated at the time of checkout. If your state is outside of Ohio and requires you to report sales tax, it is your responsibility to abide by your local laws.
SECURITY
We are committed to your privacy and security. Your credit card information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and transferred with an AES-256 encryption to ensure that your personal information cannot be read by a third party. Your information and credit card details are converted into bits of code that are transmitted securely. None of our customers have ever reported fraudulent use of their credit card information as a result of giving it to us via the web… but, if you ever suspect your credit card information is being used without your knowledge, please contact your credit card company immediately.
