Returns & Exchanges

 ONLINE RETURN POLICY

 

All returnable items can be exchanged for a store merchandise credit within 14 days from purchase date. We are sorry but we are unable to issue refunds currently. 

Returnable Items

Regular priced returnable items may be returned if they have original labels & tags attached, are unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unwashed. (Some items are non-returnable, see exclusions below)

Shoes must be in original condition and must include the original undamaged box. (Please try on all footwear on carpeted surfaces)

Non-returnable Items

The following items may not be returned: Jewelry - Accessories (handbags, belts, hats, socks, scarves, gloves) - Swimwear / Lingerie - Apothecary / Beauty products - Gift Cards - Sale, Promotional or Discounted items - Any item marked non-returnable in the product description.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the item to Girl Next Door and then place a new order. Please follow the return process below. If you would like further assistance, please contact us at returns@girlnextdoorboutique.com

Merchandise Credits

Once your return is received and inspected, usually within 1-2 business days, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. All returns are subject to inspection prior to approval. Once approved your return will be processed and an Online merchandise credit will be sent to the email on account.

Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Step #1 – Start Your Return

We ask that you request a Return Authorization (RA) number to initiate a return. Please email us at returns@girlnextdoorboutique.com - include your email address, order number and reason for the return. After it is submitted and approved, you will receive an email confirmation detailing our return policy and return instructions.

Returns must be received by Girl Next Door within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.

Any items sent to us without a valid RA number or after the 14-day period will not be accepted or approved. Return requests that have been rejected will not be accepted and are not eligible for a return. Girl Next Door reserves the right to refuse credit for any return at its sole discretion if it does not meet the return policy parameters noted above.

Please allow 24-48 hours for processing.

 

Step #2 – Complete Your Return

Ship Online Returns

Customers are responsible for all/any merchandise shipped back to Girl Next Door, as well as the shipping costs for those items. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We highly recommend protecting your returned item by shipping your product using a trackable and insured carrier with signature confirmation. By using a reliable shipping service (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and purchasing shipping insurance, you will be able to track your package and will be covered through them for all losses. Make sure to insure all merchandise at its listed retail price that you paid for the item. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for packages that we do not ship ourselves. Girl Next Door is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

In-Store Returns

We are now accepting online returns at our store location in Rocky River. Please return items within 10 days from the date of receipt. Just call ahead for hours and bring your online receipt with the item you would like to return. When you return items in-store, you have the choice of receiving an Online merchandise credit or an In-store merchandise credit.
