You have 2 options for order delivery...



Pay online, stop in at our retail location … we offer in-store pick up or if you prefer, safe and contactless curbside pick up.  Just wait until you receive an email confirmation that your order is ready, check our hours and swing by.



Most orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.  Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number of your package.  Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Currently, we offer two shipping options within the United States.  We offer standard ground shipping where charges are based on the total value of the order.  Once an order is placed it usually takes 7-10 days for delivery.  If you need your order quicker, we also offer an upgrade to expedited delivery that takes approximately 3-4 days.

**All orders are shipped requiring a direct signature upon delivery**   If you would like to release the signature, you can do so by commenting in the ORDER NOTE section of the Shopping Cart during checkout.  However, if you choose to waive your signature, please note that Girl Next Door is not responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced or stolen packages.

Please note that there may be additional fees and/or restrictions for overweight and oversized packages.  No weekend (Saturday or Sunday) or holiday delivery is currently available.

Tracking Packages

Find the tracking number in your shipment confirmation email that we sent to you.  Use that number to check the status of your delivery online at  It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be made available on the UPS website.

International Shipping

At this time, we are sorry but we are unable to accommodate international shipments.

P.O. Box Shipments

We do not ship orders to P.O. boxes.  You must provide a valid street address in order to receive a package from our store.  For more information about UPS shipping requirements, please visit their website at

Refused Shipments

Shipping charges are non-refundable.  If you decide to refuse delivery of an order, or it is returned undeliverable, then you will be responsible for all round-trip shipping fees which will be deducted from the price of the returned merchandise refund.
